80% of Kenya's 2035 climate pledge is conditional on international finance that COP30 did not secure.
Kenya's second NDC commits to cutting emissions 35% below business-as-usual by 2035 — 75.25 MtCO₂e. Only 20% is funded domestically. The pledge carries a USD 56 billion price tag. Belém set a target to triple adaptation finance by 2035, with no interim milestone and no burden-sharing formula. The money and the deadline do not line up.

Network map & directory
Not just head offices — where each organisation actually runs programmes or funds a local partner, and who funds whom. The map shades every county by how many organisations are active there; tap a county to see who and what, or tap an organisation to trace its footprint and its funding chain from the international funders through Nairobi out to the field.
Programme locations are researched from public sources; a few (marked *) are inferred and await the coalition's confirmation. Head offices show as markers — national organisations cluster at Nairobi with a ring — while the county shading counts everyone actually working there, HQ or not.
